Travel Vaccinations

If you have travel plans and think you may need vaccinations. We would ask that you make a travel clinic appointment with our nurse at least 8 weeks before you travel.

We offer vaccines available on the NHS – Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Tetanus, Diptheria and Polio, MMR and Cholera.

We are unable to provide malaria prophylaxis and recommend you contact a travel clinic for this.

We are not able to provide travel vaccines with less than 8 weeks notice.

To arrange your NHS travel vaccines at the practice, please complete the Travel Risk Assessment form and either email it to us on bobicb-bw.umg@nhs.net or bring it into reception. If a family is travelling, a form must be completed for each person. Please state on the form if you are travelling as a family group.  You will then be contacted by the practice to make an appointment.
